A street young people can cross

My vision for Minnetonka Blvd is a street that children of all ages (and their guardians) can feel safe crossing to get to the many schools along this corridor.

(This section, specifically, includes HS, Aquila, and P.Hobart) Families should feel safe sending kids across M'tonka to these (and other) schools.
