Nicollet Avenue reconstruction in Bloomington
We are working to improve safety and mobility on Nicollet Avenue (County Road 52) between American Boulevard and East Old Shakopee Road. In partnership with the City of Bloomington, we plan to reconstruct the road in 2027.
