Traffic calming, bikeable, walkable, with tree care

I bike, drive, walk, and bus along Minnetonka (in that order of frequency) and in my opinion the road functions well. Please, no turn lane except at major intersections (those already exist) because that will only encourage traffic to move faster. Traffic speed is the major problem that I can see--and hear, as I live on Minnetonka Blvd.

Please maintain (at the very least) or enhance the bike lanes and the sidewalks. More visible crosswalks, especially those not at controlled intersections, like the one at Zarthan, near my house. It can be difficult to cross there because many people don't stop for pedestrians.

Boulevard trees were added several years ago, but many of them have died due to lack of water. If we're going to spend money to plant the trees, let's spend the money to water them until they can thrive on their own. I water several trees, but across the street all the trees die because nobody waters them.
