New road for 21st Century

Minnetonka Blvd is a major artery and as such we need to better balance the needs. As a major bus route we need a 3-lane road with the center dual left so that cars don't try to drive on the shoulder, there's room to move past stopped busses, and so that there is adequate space in busy multi-entrance areas like around Texas Tonka. There would be a good bike lane so that it doesn't conflict with walkers on a sidewalk to keep cyclists out of traffic. The light at Texas needs to be addressed as the congestion and confusion makes it unsafe for cars, bikes, and pedestrians. And make easier to walk to shops around each business cluster.
