  • My kid is starting college in WI in September- he just turned 18. Should he register in WI or MN?

    Votingismypassion asked 4 months ago

You should register to vote from the address you currently consider home.

If you choose to register in Minnesota and won't be home to vote on election day, remember to request an absentee ballot here!

You can find more information about voting as college student here.

  • Do I need to bring an ID to vote?

If you’re already registered to vote at your current address (check here), then no!

If you need to register to vote or update your address at your polling place on Election Day, you’ll need to bring proof of residence from the list here.
