Southdale Library foundation coming together as work progresses
The footprint of the new Southdale Library is taking shape as footings and foundation are going in, laying the groundwork for more progress to come.
Recent project highlights include:
- Temporary gas, water, and electric work completed
- Foundation piers completed
- Drilling for the geothermal wells continues; first well has reached a depth of around 225 feet so far
- Work on underground structures, footings, piers, and foundations is starting
- Sub pumps and elevator pits work is starting
