Update 6: timeline change

The team has been hard at work this year using feedback from community members, staff, and partners to write the objectives and strategies of the Hennepin County Public Health strategic plan. Our timeline has updated to reflect the project’s milestones, and we anticipate implementing the plan in 2027. Several events and factors contributed to the delay of the strategic plan’s completion.
