We are working to improve safety and mobility on Penn Avenue (County Road 32) between Highway 62 and West 75th Street in Richfield. In partnership with the City of Richfield, we plan to reconstruct the road in 2028.

In earlier phases of engagement, we developed a problem statement to help shape the direction of our work. From there we shared ideas about how we could address that problem and created a new design concept.
