A less stressful drive and walk
I would prefer two driving lanes with one in each direction with a center turn lane in the middle, wider sidewalks, and a 30 mph speed limit.
I would sacrifice the bike lane as there are multiple other east-west bikeways in the area.
I've had multiple occasions where people pass in the bike lane while I'm stopping for a pedestrian, so I agree with other commenters desire for more pedestrian signaling.
Also, it would be great if a solution could be found to reduce the chaos in front of Texa-Tonka.

I agree with a lot of your points. 30 mph is fine for the blvd. Yes more pedestrian signaling! The traffic light at Texa-Tonka isn't that long so if you forbid "right-on-red turning" there, it would create gaps in traffic, easier for all. However I strongly disagree with adding more lanes. This has historically proven to INCREASE traffic. and turning Minnetonka blvd into a "Stroad" would ruin the neighborhood. Also adding a physical barrier for the bike lanes would solve the bad driving behavior. Remember, providing a safe biking environment encourages more people to bike. 1 bike = 1 less car on the road.
