Safe + slow

My vision for Minnetonka Boulevard is a street that is welcoming to walk down and cross safely, with a design that limits vehicle traffic and the speed at which people drive. That being said, whatever construction is done I do not want yards to be impacted. As a resident who lives on Minnetonka Boulevard, I don't want my front yard to get any smaller or the street to get any wider ... and I don't want our gorgeous tree in our front yard to be taken down.
