Executive summary

We met with residents, stakeholders, and businesses along Minnetonka Boulevard from May 2025 through July 2026 to learn how Minnetonka Bouelvard could better serve the community. The engagement efforts included focus groups, outreach to local businesses, public open houses, online surveys and feedback maps, and community pop-ups. We used your feedback, along with technical data and City and County policies to create a final plan for Minnetonka Boulevard.
