Hennepin County Cost Participation and Maintenance Policy - Stakeholder Workgroup

Hennepin County is updating its Cost Participation and Maintenance Policies for cooperative county road and bridge projects. This is a collaborative effort with our city partners to better understand local needs, align on shared priorities, and identify coordination opportunities. This work has been iterative with city partners, county staff and leadership.

In January 2026, county staff invited all cities to participate in a Stakeholder Workgroup, which generally meets monthly. The content in this website provides materials from our Stakeholder Workgroup meetings, which includes the following cities:
